All those planning on being confirmed should have completed
the following:
- Confirmation Application (with copy of Baptismal
certificate)
- Saint Report (3-5 pages)
- Confirmation Pledge
- Sponsor Affirmation Sheet
- Sponsor Biography
- Sponsor Baptismal certificate
- Service Hours (25 service sheets)
Confirmation Dates:
August 1: Sponsor needs to be chosen
September 19: Confirmation Pledge is due
September 26: Sponsor Bios due; Baptismal Certificate Due;
$25.00
October 24: Mini-Saint Report is due (3-5 page report due
after Christmas)
January 1: Letter to the Bishop and Father Pighini due
